RE: RENTING ONE OF THE ROOMS UPSTAIRS ($750)
The 2 rooms upstairs are approximately 10x10 square feet each. They use shared bathrooms. You can access the deck for bbq etc. you can also use the backyard. you can also use the kitchen and living room, etc. You can use our pots and pans, but try to bring your own plates and forks, please, just for hygeine reasons. You can cook in the kitchen. Occasional overnight guests are okay.
We cover the utilities. The Internet is Verizon FIOS
The rent is $750 a month. The deposit is equal to the first month rent.
The room is available as of Sunday this weekend, April 1, 2012.

QUOTED ROOM COST DOES NOT INCLUDE CLEANING AFTER YOU, MAID SERVICE, OR ANYTHING OR THAT SORT. :)
My wife and I will be living upstairs.We prefer to have a contract for a 6-month lease. Month to month is OK, if you let us know how long you will be staying. Also, the first month and security deposit equal to the first month is required.

PLEASE NO: SMOKING, DRUGS (NO POT/401/HASH. WHATEVER YOU CALL IT), LOUD PARTIES, LOUD MOVIES, ETC. because there are other people in the house. Just buy a nice headphone to enjoy your loud movies. Occasional BBQs on the weekend with friends is ok.
